ATSI Award of Excellence
The Association of Teleservices International (ATSI) is the leading trade assocation for our industry. One of their initiatives is a voluntary program called the ATSI Award of Excellence. This program involves having an independent firm "mystery shop" messaging services and grade the service they observe.This award is conferred only to companies that achieve the highest scores on a broad set of criteria such as number of rings, clarity and accuracy of answer phrase, operator guidance of call, manners (including please and thank you), grammar, knowledge and confidence, accuracy of message taking, spelling of names, and confirmation of telephone numbers.
