It all starts with our award-winning staff answering your calls in a quiet call center environment. Once a message is taken,
- A text message is sent to the on-call person's mobile phone.
- An acknowledgement (reply) is expected from the recipient.
- If no acknowledgement is received in a timely manner, a second text message is sent.
- If still no acknowledgement, a series of escalating phone calls are made per your protocol until the message has been delivered. This can include calling the practice manager or managing partner as a last resort.
Ensured Messaging allows the use of low-cost text messaging while adding a layer of escalation protocols that guarantees the message is received. Other features include:
