Tamara Barendregt
President and CEOTamara Barendregt is President & CEO of Answer Excellence Inc. Mrs. Barendregt holds a degree in nursing and a B.A. in psychology. Prior to starting Answer Excellence in 1986, she held supervisory positions in two major hospitals and home health care. As a registered nurse who understood the issues of the medical professions, she felt that there had to be a better way to handle communications.
Tamara Barendregt's personal challenges in dealing with answering services in the 80s lead her to start her own service. In her years as a business owner, she has gained a much more in-depth knowledge of businesses challenges and what can be done to help them improve their communications. The focus of Answer Excellence continues to be on helping clients achieve their goals by listening to their issues and responding to them with unique and creative solutions for their communications needs.
Wayne Robinson
Director of Information TechnologyWayne Robinson's successes as a software engineer and application developer are predicated on a 20 year career as a software engineer and technical team lead. He holds a degree in software engineering. He has successfully developed a range of software including customer service desktop applications and telephony applications for wireless phones.
His expertise in telecommunications systems, software development, and project management help Answer Excellence to provide a range of services and features that competitors cannot match. He also has worked extensively with end-users and clients for requirements gathering, user interface design, and operational support. This has reinforced to him that the goal of technology is solving real-world problems. The IT department at Answer Excellence delivers top-notch solutions to both in-house users and clients alike.
Kim Robinson
Director of OperationsKim Lee's first experience in the communications industry was in 1994. At that time she learned the operations from the bottom up, learning everything she needed to about basic operations as well as serving in sales and marketing. Since this time she went on to gain experience in operations management and human resources. Kim Lee also worked as a regional training manager with a national restaurant chain before accepting a position with Answer Excellence in 2005. Ms. Robinson says that all of her past experiences led her back to the communications industry.
Kim Lee holds an associates of arts degree as well as a Professional in Human Resources, PHR. Ms. Robinson is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Ms. Robinson says, "the key to our tight-ship style operations lies with 1) the training and development of new and existing employees, 2) well documented operational processes and procedures and 3) making decisions that revolve around exceeding the customers expectations - these are critical to our mission at Answer Excellence."
