With a degree in nursing and a B.A. in psychology, Tam founded this company based on needs she experienced firsthand. Throughout her career in the medical industry, Tam always felt there had to be a better way to provide effective communication in urgent care situations.
As a supervisor for two major hospitals and a home healthcare organization, Tam recognized that emerging technologies could provide for improved coordination of critical care teams; but that they could also improve the level of service sought by attorneys and other business owners.

Wayne Robinson
Director of Information Technology
Wayne Robinson’s background includes a 25-year career as a software developer and technical team lead.
With a degree in software engineering, Wayne has served as a principal on teams that developed applications for customer service desktop applications and telephony applications for wireless phones for GTE. His expertise in telecommunications systems, software development, and project management provide a competitive edge to Answer Excellence clients.
Over the course of his career, Wayne has also worked extensively with end users and clients for requirements gathering, workflow definition, user interface design, and implementation support. This experience has reinforced to him that the goal of technology is to solve real-world problems; it’s not just about technology for its own sake. This is the reason why the IT department at Answer Excellence delivers top-notch solutions to both in-house users and clients alike.

Diana Canela

Diana personifies the classic example of learning an industry from the ground up. She started with us as an operator back in 2000 and we are now proud to have her supervising our operation. Diana’s focus is on quality control based on the individual client’s call coverage design.
In her current role, Diana has succeeded in standardizing the way the operators themselves are supported by providing all the tools, guidelines, and source material they require to seamlessly support our clients’ inbound call traffic.
