Referral Services

The central challenge in most referral services is that incoming leads must be distributed fairly across multiple providers, often in many regions (e.g, by city). Each region can have an independent rotation.

Reporting for billing and monitoring purposes is the back-end component of Answer Excellence’s referral system. Reporting provides detailed information about each call, including how it was handled and to whom it was delivered.
